Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Marketing & Brand Manager to oversee our branding, graphic design, digital marketing, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining creativity with organization and execution. The ideal candidate takes initiative, brings fresh ideas, and can independently manage projects from concept through completion.

Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will play an important role in strengthening both our external brand and internal company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Create professional brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.

Brand Management: Maintain consistent branding across digital platforms, signage, apparel, vehicles, and marketing collateral.

SEO & Website Management: Improve online visibility, maintain website content, manage Google Business Profile, and coordinate search engine optimization initiatives.

Social Media & Digital Marketing: Develop content, coordinate campaigns, and monitor engagement and performance.

Trade Shows & Industry Events: Coordinate event participation, design displays, manage logistics, and assist with setup and breakdown.

Employee Engagement & Team Building: Plan and facilitate company outings, employee appreciation activities, holiday celebrations, and team-building events.

Employee Recognition: Support company recognition programs and create engaging internal communications.

Marketing Administration: Manage marketing calendars, promotional inventory, vendor relationships, budgets, and project deadlines.

Business Development Support: Provide creative materials, presentations, and promotional resources for our business development team.

Marketing Performance: Monitor campaign effectiveness, website traffic, brand visibility, and marketing initiatives.

CRM Management: Engagement within companies CRM; data entry and retrieval, working with contacts within MailChimp

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, branding, or a related field preferred.

Strong graphic design portfolio demonstrating creativity and professional-quality work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable design software.

Working knowledge of SEO, website management, and digital marketing.

Experience coordinating events, promotional activities, or trade shows.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Positive, professional personality with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Experience in restoration, construction, or related service industries is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $65,000–$85,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Location

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Clarksburg, Maryland facility. Occasional evenings, weekends, and regional travel may be required for trade shows and company events.
