Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on

Customer Service Manager

to

lead a team

of Customer Service Representatives while

overseeing the full order-to-shipment process

in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.

Key

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a small customer service team

Oversee order entry, order accuracy, and shipping logistics

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

Resolve escalated customer issues and service challenges

Monitor order status and provide proactive customer communication

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Qualifications

Prior supervisory or management experience required

Strong background in customer service, order management, and shipping/logistics

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, or related industries preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

ERP system experience is a plus
