The role
Own tax engagements for individuals, small businesses, partnerships, S corps, and nonprofits
Review and sign off on complex returns and planning work
Lead IRS representation and year-round tax planning
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals
Be the trusted advisor for key clients
Improve our processes and tools as we scale
What we're looking for
Active CPA or EA license
8+ years in tax and small business accounting, ideally at a small or mid-size firm
Comfort with modern tax software and automation
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
