Our client is seeking a highly organized and hands-on

Design Coordinator

to provide essential operational and administrative support to a busy design team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, managing physical materials, and helping creative teams stay focused and productive.

What You’ll Do

Support designers by locating, preparing, and returning swatches, samples, and product materials.

Maintain accurate organization of showroom displays, storage areas, sample libraries, and supply closets.

Measure product samples, bags, and related materials as requested.

Photograph products and samples clearly for internal sales and design use.

Track inventory levels, organize incoming materials, and coordinate replenishment of supplies.

Assist with daily administrative, scheduling, and coordination needs across the design department.

Help maintain a clean, efficient, and presentation-ready workspace.

What You’ll Bring

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

A dependable, proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Ability to manage physical samples, measurements, inventory, and storage systems efficiently.

Confidence following direction while supporting multiple designers and stakeholders.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Experience in retail, showroom operations, stockroom management, visual merchandising, product coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
