Hiring Junior HR Executive - Hybrid in Karachi

About Client Company:

Leading Software Development and IT Solution Provider in Pakistan.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level HR role focused primarily on Recruitment and Payroll Support. The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of HR experience and be eager to learn. The necessary training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Post job vacancies across relevant job platforms and channels.
Review and shortlist candidates against defined job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding activities.

Payroll Support

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate monthly payroll information.
Prepare and issue employee payslips in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and confidential payroll records.

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with basic HR tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn, take guidance, and develop professionally.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.

Work Arrangement

This is a mostly remote position. The candidate may occasionally be required to visit the office for:

In-person interviews
Training
Team meetings
Other business requirements

Other Details:

Work Mode: Full Time -Hybrid (Karachi only)
Work timings: Monday - Friday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) withAlternate Saturdays are On.
Location: PECHS Block 2
