is seeking a
Property Accountant
to join its growing, collaborative team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers valuable exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to take on a range of accounting and operational responsibilities, primarily utilizing Yardi. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in financial transactions and reconciliations across a portfolio of real estate properties.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for real estate properties.
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including payables, receivables, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Support monthly and annual close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
