Job Full Description Seasonal Retail Associate (Part-Time) Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time, Up to 30 Hours per Week Store Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Availability: Weekday and weekend availability required. Schedule will be determined upon hire.
Missoula, MT Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-known Missoula retailer seeking motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associates to join their team during the busy holiday season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service, working in a team-oriented environment, and helping customers find the perfect products and gifts. Position Overview As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting daily store operations. Successful candidates are dependable, positive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance. Help customers locate products and make purchasing decisions. Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions. Stock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays. Assist with inventory management and merchandise replenishment. Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards. Support promotional events, seasonal displays, and special projects. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Assist with gift wrapping and packaging as needed.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including both weekdays and weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.
