A growing customer-facing business is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage the team, and help drive continued growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations and ensure a strong customer experience

Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and team performance

Oversee inventory, vendors, facilities, and operational readiness

Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance

Establish processes and hold the team accountable to operational standards

Partner closely with ownership on business performance and growth

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing business

Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with staffing, scheduling, inventory, and budgets

Entrepreneurial, accountable, and comfortable working independently

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
