Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Phoenix, Arizona; or Minneapolis, Minnesota — Hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office, supporting collaboration and flexibility.
Note
This role requires an active bar license in the office location selected and a minimum of 3 years of directly relevant commercial finance transactional experience.

Job Description
Represent institutional lenders and borrowers in complex commercial finance transactions
Draft, negotiate, and close syndicated and portfolio financing deals
Advise on secured transactions with a strong focus on UCC Article 9
Analyze bankruptcy considerations across all phases of finance transactions
Collaborate with colleagues on workouts, restructurings, and cross-practice matters as needed
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and bankruptcy code
Active bar license in PA, AZ, or MN depending on office location
Experience with workouts, restructuring, M&A, or private equity is a plus
