Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 2+ years of Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant experience. Previous Home Health experience. Experience using EPIC. BLS certification from AHA only. Valid driver’s license. VA or Compact License.
Assignment Details
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Weekend Requirements: None. On-Call Requirements: None.
