FHC is seeking a

Vice President of Quality

to join the Senior Leadership Team of a

$1.5 billion public company .

This opportunity calls for a quality executive who can connect technical excellence with business strategy—and build the organization, systems, and accountability needed to deliver both.

As a peer to the CFO, CHRO, COO, General Counsel, and other senior leaders, you’ll bring a clear quality perspective to enterprise decisions. You’ll need the judgment and credibility to engage a discerning Board of Directors and, potentially, major investors.

The opportunity

Shape an enterprise quality strategy that supports business performance and growth.
Build and develop a strong quality organization, with capable leaders and clear accountability.
Partner with business and operational leaders to improve consistency, reduce risk, and strengthen customer confidence.
Translate quality performance and emerging risks into clear insights for executive and Board discussions.
Establish meaningful measures that connect quality improvement to customer and financial outcomes.
Lead change across the organization and ensure improvements become sustainable practices.

The executive we’re looking for

You bring deep quality expertise, a record of developing quality organizations, and demonstrated success operating at the executive level.

You can move comfortably between a detailed technical discussion and an enterprise business decision. You know how to challenge constructively, influence peers, communicate difficult issues clearly, and earn trust through sound judgment and follow-through.

Experience presenting to Boards or similarly demanding executive stakeholders will be particularly valuable.
