1–3 years of IT experience and 5+ years of customer service experience
Job Description
Key
Provide audiovisual (AV) and technical support during training sessions.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and other IT-related issues.
Work with desktop support teams to resolve technical problems.
Manage and update IT support tickets.
Assist with hardware imaging, deployment, and nationwide distribution.
Deliver proactive, professional customer service to end users.
Familiarity with Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and imaging processes.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred:
Relevant IT certifications and a willingness to learn new technologies.
