Empowered Hospitality is seeking a

Director of Operations

for one of our hospitality and retail clients in the Hamptons.

This iconic Hamptons business is far more than a traditional hospitality operation. Serving as a community hub for both year-round residents and seasonal visitors, it combines high-volume food service, retail, and guest experience under one roof. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee operations, develop teams, and drive business performance across the organization.

Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience driving operational excellence and accountability

Financial acumen with the ability to monitor business performance

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to develop and improve systems, processes, and standards

A collaborative and proactive leadership style

What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations and business performance

Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams

Drive operational efficiency and consistency

Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Partner with ownership and leadership on strategic initiatives

Support workforce planning, training, and employee development

Ensure operational standards are maintained across the organization
