BPO Impact is hiring experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Executives (BDEs) for our growing US B2B Construction Services Campaign .

Location: 17 1-C1, College Road, Township, Ahmed Avenue, Lahore

Work Mode: On-Site

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PST)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

This is NOT an entry-level sales position.

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals who understand outbound prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, lead qualification, and appointment setting — and can confidently communicate with US-based business owners and decision-makers.

You’ll connect with contractors, builders, and construction companies across the United States, introducing our professional drafting, design, estimation, and construction support services.

YOUR ROLE

Make outbound calls to US-based prospects.
Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
Connect with contractors, builders, business owners, and decision-makers.
Understand prospect needs and present relevant services.
Handle objections confidently and move conversations forward.
Generate qualified leads and book sales appointments.
Follow up consistently through calls and emails.
Maintain accurate prospect records and activity logs in the CRM.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want experienced sales professionals not beginners.

2+ years of relevant SDR, BDE, B2B sales, or outbound sales experience.
Hands-on experience with US or international sales campaigns.
Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and appointment-setting skills.
Proven ability to handle objections and lead sales conversations.
Confidence communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
A solid understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and pipelines.
Experience with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
A competitive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

Experience selling to contractors, builders, business owners, or C-level decision-makers is highly preferred.
