We are seeking an experienced

IT Recruiter

to join a corporate talent acquisition team supporting a leading hospitality and lodging organization. This is an opportunity to play a key role in attracting top technology talent while partnering closely with hiring managers across the business.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys proactive sourcing, consultative recruiting, and creating exceptional candidate experiences from first conversation through offer acceptance.

What You'll Do

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technology-focused full time positions.

Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruiting strategies, and advise on market conditions.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and relationship building.

Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates across a variety of technology skill sets.

Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate both technical qualifications and cultural fit.

Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within the ATS.

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Experience recruiting for IT, technology, or technical positions.

Strong background in full-cycle corporate recruiting.

Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to influence hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Experience recruiting contract talent is highly preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and consultative recruiting skills.
