Robert Half is partnering with a publicly traded advanced materials manufacturer in Chandler that is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join its growing FP&A Center of Excellence.
This role sits in
Finance, not IT . It’s ideal for an FP&A or finance professional who has been the go-to person for systems, reporting and data on their team and wants to grow in that direction.
What you’ll do
Support and improve the systems behind financial planning, reporting and consolidation
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help leaders make decisions
Validate financial data for accuracy across systems
Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
Document processes and help train users on finance tools
What you’ll bring
3+ years in FP&A, accounting or financial systems
Solid understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes
Power BI or similar reporting tools
Bonus: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC Planning), SAP Group Reporting, or manufacturing experience
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
