SLB Freightage Inc. is hiring CDL A Local Flatbed Drivers in the Indianapolis, IN area for multiple store locations. SLB Freightage is a third-party delivery service for a large home improvement company. Drivers will be safely delivering finished goods and raw materials for residential and business customers. Hourly rate: $27

Average hours weekly: 40-45

Overtime pay after 40 hours

Bonuses:

$2,500 Sign on bonus: $500 paid after 30 days, $1,000 paid after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months

$2,000 Driver referral bonus: $500 paid after 1 week, $500 paid after 90 days, $1,000 paid after 6 months

Quarterly safety bonus (no violations or accidents)

Monthly attendance bonus: $75 - $100

Holiday pay after 90 days employed

Home time: Home daily

Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Shift: Day shift starting at 6:00 am

8-12 stops per day

Route: Greater Indianapolis area

Level of Touch: Load and unload materials using moffett forklift, load securement using straps, and some shrink wrapping of pallets

There are no inside deliveries, deliveries will be made to outdoor hard surfaces onlyEquipment

32' & 36' flatbed trailers

Automatic transmission fleetQualifications

Must be at least 23 years of age

Must have CDL A license

Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience

Moffett forklift experience preferred

No DUI/DWIs in last 7 years

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations

Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen & background check
