Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates (RJA) is a growing MEP engineering firm in Denver’s RiNo District. We’re hiring a Mechanical Engineer who wants real responsibility, visibility, and room to grow — not just another production role.

What you’ll work on

Mechanical design for commercial and specialty buildings

Airports, restaurants, breweries, affordable housing, industrial and municipal facilities

Direct collaboration with architects, owners, and engineers

Project and team level decision making and design

Project management

What we’re looking for

4-10 years of MEP or building systems experience

Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree

Revit experience preferred

Strong communication and curiosity

Compensation & benefits

$95,000–$120,000 depending on experience
