Position Overview
HireIQ is seeking an experienced
Controller
to join our client’s finance team. You will oversee accounting and financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and maintain strong financial controls.
Working closely with management, you will provide financial insight and support the continued growth of the business.
Key
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports
Maintain accurate financial records and account reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Monitor cash flow and working capital
Maintain financial controls and improve accounting processes
Provide financial insight to management and support business decisions
Qualifications
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
