Job Description:
Lead end-to-end technology transfer projects and strategic programs from planning through execution and transition to manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Manage multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, governance frameworks, and change management strategies to ensure successful execution.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while monitoring progress and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive design changes, supplier qualifications, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and global regulatory requirements while implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
Apply strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, supported by a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and extensive project management experience.
