DESCRIPTIONParts, Warehouse & Inventory SpecialistETI Inc | Full-time or Part-time | Normal Business Hours (M-F) | $25-35/hour (based on experience) Are you the kind of person who notices when something is out of place, loves keeping details organized, and takes pride in making sure the right part gets to the right person at the right time? ETI Inc is looking for a Parts, Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to help run our parts department with care, accuracy, and a positive, can-do attitude. This is a hands-on role where you'll support our technicians, customers, and vendors while maintaining tight inventory control. If you enjoy ownership, clear communication, and staying busy in a meaningful way, you'll feel right at home here. Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts warehouse. Receive incoming parts and verify quantities and accuracy. Label, stock, and organize inventory for easy location and retrieval. Maintain accurate inventory counts, locations, and records. Perform cycle counts and help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Pull, stage, and prepare parts for technicians and customer orders. Answer incoming wholesale parts calls and customer inquiries. Identify parts, check availability, prepare quotes, and process orders. Communicate clearly with customers about pricing, availability, backorders, and delivery timelines. Work with vendors to locate and order parts as needed. Track open orders and follow up to ensure parts arrive as promised. Assist with shipping, receiving, returns, cores, and warranty items. Help identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory. Support local parts pickups and deliveries when needed. Partner with service and shop personnel so technicians have what they need, when they need it. Take ownership of issues and follow through until they're resolved. Qualifications
Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable and able to work with limited supervision. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, email, and basic office tools. Able to communicate clearly by phone and in person. Skilled at prioritizing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Understands that inventory accuracy directly impacts the business. Willing to help wherever needed and work as part of a team. Heavy equipment, diesel, hydraulic, truck, automotive, or industrial parts knowledge is strongly preferred. What We Are Looking For This role is more than stocking shelves.
