Job Description

Our client is seeking an Art Supervisor to support a portfolio of healthcare brands. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels while maintaining a high standard of visual excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong agency experience, exceptional design sensibilities, and a proven ability to translate complex healthcare information into compelling brand stories. While this is a supervisory-level role, this person must remain hands-on and comfortable contributing to production, asset development, and day-to-day execution as needed. The team is looking for someone who can quickly integrate into an active account, contribute immediately, and operate with minimal ramp-up or oversight.

Experience in aesthetic medicine, medical aesthetics, beauty-adjacent healthcare brands, or pet health/veterinary marketing is highly preferred.

Art Supervisor / Senior Art Director Responsibilities

Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across HCP and consumer audiences.

Partner closely with Copy Supervisors, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Account teams to develop breakthrough creative concepts.

Provide creative leadership while remaining hands-on in the development and execution of campaign assets.

Create and refine layouts, presentations, digital experiences, social content, and promotional materials as needed.

Ensure all creative work aligns with brand strategy while maintaining a high level of craft and design excellence.

Present concepts and creative rationale to internal teams and clients.

Translate complex scientific and healthcare content into engaging visual communications.

Work collaboratively within medical, legal, and regulatory review environments while preserving creative integrity.

Art Supervisor / Senior Art Director Requirements

Currently serving as an Art Supervisor or Senior Art Director within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, aesthetic, wellness, or pet health agency.

Strong background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic brands, aesthetic devices, beauty/wellness healthcare, or pet health/veterinary brands.

Capable of operating at a strategic and conceptual level while remaining highly hands-on when production support is needed.

Able to quickly plug into an existing team, understand brand nuances, and contribute immediately.

Thrives in fast-paced agency environments with multiple parallel workstreams.

Comfortable owning work from concept through final execution.
