Courtney Paat - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Pre-licensed applicants preferred If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
