Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator based in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing supply chain operations, which include inventory management, communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery schedules. Daily tasks include analyzing operational processes, addressing customer queries, supporting customer service needs, and working collaboratively with team members to optimize shipment routes and maintain efficiency. The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in improving operational processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data-driven decision-making to optimize logistical operations
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively managing client relationships and collaborating with team members
Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management to streamline operations and ensure efficiency
Proficiency with logistics software and tools is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields is advantageous
