I’m partnering with a well-established organization on a search for an experienced

Bilingual Senior HR Generalist . This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on while serving as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership.

Key areas of responsibility

Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations

Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee issues

Support HR compliance, policies, and employment law initiatives

Manage complex leave and accommodation matters

Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives

Support compensation planning, job leveling, and pay equity analysis

Maintain HRIS data and provide HR reporting and analytics

Lead HR projects, training, and process improvements

Mentor and provide guidance to junior HR team members

What we’re looking for

Bilingual English/Spanish required

5–7+ years of progressive

manufacturing HR experience

Strong employee relations and investigation experience

Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws

Experience supporting a multi-state or multi-site workforce

Strong HRIS, reporting, and analytical skills

Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other HR professionals

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification

Work Schedule : Onsite

Compensation : $85-90k base
