$110K–$140K + Equity | Fully On-Site | New York City

We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing consumer AI startups in New York to hire an exceptional founding marketing hire.

The business has already attracted 5 million+ users and 500,000+ daily active users, is profitable and is growing at an extraordinary pace.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just understand viral content — you've personally created it, repeatedly.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of organic social growth, create content that reaches millions, build creator partnerships and help shape the identity of a breakout consumer technology business.

What you'll be doing

Creating, filming, editing and publishing highly engaging short-form content.

Building viral growth strategies across TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms.

Developing creator and influencer campaigns designed for significant organic reach.

Experimenting rapidly with content formats, trends and audience acquisition.

Building the company's brand, community and social presence from the ground up.

Using AI tools daily to accelerate creative production and experimentation.

What we're looking for

A proven track record of personally creating viral content, ideally with multiple videos achieving millions of views.

Exceptional organic audience growth, backed by actual performance metrics.

Experience in fast-growing consumer apps, AI, technology startups or similarly high-growth digital products.

Someone genuinely comfortable being on camera and producing content themselves.

A deep understanding of internet culture, short-form video and what makes people share content.

An entrepreneurial, highly creative individual who moves quickly and takes complete ownership.

Ability to work fully on-site in NYC, with existing US work authorisation.

Important: This is not a traditional social media management or brand coordination position. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate extraordinary creative output and measurable organic growth.
