We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Quality Assurance to lead QA operations at our baking plant in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Food Technologist with 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably within the biscuits and baking industry.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related discipline
10–15 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, preferably in biscuits and baking manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of BRCGS and FSSC 22000 standards, along with local and regulatory compliance requirements
Proven expertise in Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively
Comprehensive understanding of products and baking processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Technical knowledge of ovens and mixing systems would be a distinct advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all quality assurance functions within the baking plant
Ensure compliance with BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and all applicable local and regulatory standards
Implement and monitor Statistical Quality Control programs
Lead troubleshooting initiatives and resolve quality-related challenges
Collaborate with production teams to optimize baking processes and product quality
Conduct training and presentations for internal stakeholders on quality standards and best practices
