What You Do
You sit down with clients and help them understand their benefits options. You review available plans, explain coverage details and answer questions so each person can make an informed decision. Conversations are structured around what the client actually needs, not a script.
How You Learn
Training begins in your first week and covers how benefits plans work, how to present options clearly and how to document enrollment selections accurately. An independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career. Coaching continues as you take on more client conversations and begin managing your own schedule.
What the Day Looks Like
Your calendar includes confirmed appointments and follow-up calls. Between meetings you update client records, prepare materials for upcoming conversations and coordinate with team members on scheduling. Each interaction is a chance to help someone navigate a decision that affects their household.
