Our elite global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Senior Director, Origination to lead new business origination, develop and maintain existing and new client relationships and drive long-term revenue growth with C-level finance, treasury and capital markets leaders across the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead new business origination, develop and maintain existing and new client relationships and drive long-term revenue growth with C-level finance, treasury and capital markets leaders across the insurance industry
Collaborate with US and global relationship managers and other key stakeholders to execute a cohesive marketing strategy and support cross-border opportunities
Develop relationships and perform pipeline management that results in recurring revenue with existing clients and prospective customers
Promote the firm's market capabilities and educate clients and prospective clients on the firm's competitive advantages and value-added positions
Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry analysis
Assist with developing marketing materials, client presentations and pitchbooks
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred
10+ years of business development, relationship management or insurance credit markets experience at an insurance company, insurance broker or insurance focused investment bank debt capital markets
Broad knowledge of insurance sub-sectors - property & casualty, life, health and insurance-linked securities
Demonstrated experience managing relationships across the broad insurance ecosystem
Fundamental knowledge of the investment grade and high yield corporate debt market
Demonstrated ability to development, maintain and growth revenue generating relationships
Limited travel required
