Company Overview
A high-end commercial construction company specializing in luxury restaurants, hospitality, and experiential builds is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join its team in Broward County, Florida.
Position Summary
Responsible for project billing, accounts payable, job cost reporting, contract administration, and project closeout.
Key
Manage project setup, contracts, and financial documentation.
Prepare monthly AIA billings and client invoices.
Maintain budgets, commitments, POs, and change orders.
Process subcontractor invoices and project AP.
Monitor job costs and assist with financial reporting.
5+ years of Project Accountant experience working for a General Contractor (GC).
Demonstrated longevity and stability with prior employers.
Candidates must have Project Accountant experience working directly for a General Contractor (GC). Experience working exclusively for subcontractors will not be considered.
