We’re looking for a creative content producer who understands why some videos hold attention and most don’t, and wants to turn that instinct into a craft. If you have a strong eye for storytelling and pacing, this is for you.
You’ll own the full content pipeline end to end, using modern AI-powered tools to produce work at speed and at scale. We’ll give you the tools, the direction, and room to experiment. You bring the taste and the hustle.
This starts as a paid internship with a clear path to a full-time role for anyone who proves they can consistently ship work that performs.
Write tight, hook-driven scripts for short-form videos
Produce polished videos using AI avatar and voice tools
Edit for retention: captions, pacing, b-roll, jump cuts
Ship on a consistent schedule and iterate based on what actually performs
Stay on top of trends, formats, and hooks that are working right now
Familiarity with any of these is a strong plus. If you don’t know them yet but learn fast, we’ll train you:
AI avatar / video: HeyGen, Argil, D-ID
AI voice: ElevenLabs
Scripting / ideation: ChatGPT, Claude
Editing & captions: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript
A genuine feel for short-form content, you can tell a good hook from a boring one
Strong writing instincts (this matters more than any tool)
Comfort with video editing and a willingness to learn new tools fast
Self-starter energy – you don’t wait to be told exactly what to do
Bonus: you already post your own reels/shorts, or have a portfolio of edits
A film degree or years of experience
Mastery of every tool on day one, if you can learn fast, we’ll teach you the stack
