We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety & Environmental Manager (EHS Manager) to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives at our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, driving a strong safety culture, and advancing sustainability efforts across the site.

Lead and execute site-wide safety and environmental programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Drive continuous improvement through data and metrics
Manage environmental programs including waste reduction initiatives
Deliver safety training and build employee awareness
Partner with operations to embed safety into daily processes
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies
Responsible for leading, developing, and implementing Environmental, Health & Safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
Develop and execute site EHS strategy
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations
Lead environmental management and sustainability initiatives
Implement safety programs and lead incident investigations
