Required Pay Scale: $55 - 60hr W2
Responsible for testing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business outcomes, with 8+ years of experience.
Ensures software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through comprehensive testing.
Expert in conditioning and generating test data, building and executing both manual and automated test suites, communicating test results, and assisting with defect triage.
Leads test planning and case reviews, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage.
Creates and manages traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilizes testing tools and processes to complete testing and support code promotion.
Maintains and catalogs test suites across all test types (Smoke, Integration, Regression, etc.).
Proven Experience in UI and API test automation with Java using Selenium, Rest Assured.
Have handled Jenkins along with GitHub/BitBucket.
Implements and maintains test automation frameworks, identifies automation opportunities, and develops test automation for applicable test types.
Executes manual and automated tests, reports issues and defects with clear background information.
Experienced in Agile methodologies, actively participates in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Individual contributor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
8+ years experience with the following: Selenium, Automation, Java, Lean Agile Certification, performance testing
Project Test Management -large scale efforts -Integrated Functional Testing
System Development lifecycle knowledge -Agile/Waterfall
Proven leadership ability
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Is the single point of contact leading testing for large or multiple medium scale projects sponsored by I&BST Tech Executives.
Is a member of the Core Project Team working directly with Technology, Business and QA Leads and Managers.
Manages all testing efforts to ensure Production Readiness.
Is accountable and participates in all phases of testing deliverables (planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, implementation support).
Is responsible for projects adherence to all Enterprise Testing Standards.
