Fit by oladoc is an AI-powered health and wellness product inside the oladoc app, Pakistan's largest healthcare platform. It helps people reach their health goals with AI tools backed by real, licensed professionals — nutritionists and doctors — behind the app. Your job is simple to describe: turn people who are trying Fit into paying members.

About the Role

This is a closing role, not a support role. You will spend your day on the phone with people who have already started a free Fit trial — building quick rapport, understanding what they want, and converting them into paying members. You will make a high volume of calls, have a lot of conversations, handle objections without flinching, and close. Knowing health and nutrition helps, and we will train you on the basics — and you do not need years of experience either. Fresh graduates are welcome. What we cannot teach is the confidence to pick up the phone a hundred times a day and the hunger to close; that is what we hire for, and the rest we train. If targets and numbers excite you, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Call a high volume of trial users every day, by phone and WhatsApp, and keep the conversations flowing.
Build rapport fast, understand each person's health goal, and steer the conversation toward becoming a paying member.
Guide interested users into a free consultation with our nutrition team, and follow through until they convert.
Handle objections, negotiate, and close with confidence.
Hit and beat your monthly sales and conversion targets.
Keep every lead, call, and follow-up accurately logged in the tracker.
Pass real user feedback back to the product team.

What We're Looking For

Core (required)

0 to 3 years of experience, including fresh graduates. Any sales, telesales, or business-development exposure is a plus, but here attitude beats years on a CV.
A confident, persuasive speaker who is comfortable being on the phone all day and genuinely enjoys it.
Comfortable with high daily call volume and long, back-to-back conversations.
A natural persuader who can take pushback, negotiate, and is not afraid to ask for the sale.
Driven by targets and motivated by hitting and beating numbers.
Fluent Urdu and English, and comfortable speaking in Roman Urdu.
Disciplined with follow-ups and keeping the CRM / tracker clean.

A plus

A background or basic knowledge of health, nutrition, fitness, or wellness.
Experience selling subscriptions, apps, or other digital products.
Experience in health, wellness, or telemedicine.

How Success Is Measured

Conversions and revenue against your monthly target.
Call volume and activity, and how many calls turn into real conversations.
Quality of conversions — members who stay and use Fit, not sign-ups that lapse.
Clean records and useful feedback passed to the product team.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission on conversions. Strong closers earn more — your numbers set your ceiling.
