Monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet review
Preparing and analyzing financial reports and trends
Monitoring assigned accounts and flagging issues proactively
Researching and resolving exceptions or discrepancies
Supporting month‑end close and financial transmissions
Testing system backups and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with inventory, fixed asset, and internal audit requests
Contributing to special projects and documenting procedures
Ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Bachelor’s in Accounting
Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to research technical guidance
CPA is a plus
Prior audit experience from a large regional or national public accounting firm is preferred
