Overview

Support the analysis and structuring of debt transactions for renewable energy projects.

Build and maintain financial models covering project cash flows, debt sizing, returns, and sensitivities.

Analyze project financials, credit risk, financing structures, and investment returns.

Support due diligence and review project contracts, financial assumptions, and transaction documents.

Prepare investment memos, financial analysis, presentations, and transaction materials.

Work with lenders, investors, developers, legal, and technical teams throughout the transaction process.

1+ year of experience in structured finance, project finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or a related field.

Understanding of debt financing, project finance, credit analysis, and transaction structuring.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
