Part Time Social Media Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a part time social media manager with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for our client in the non profit space. This role is 100% remote. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate client’s current social media presence, including channel performance, content effectiveness, existing processes, and opportunities for growth.

Develop a cohesive social media strategy aligned with organizational objectives, defining key priorities, measurable goals, target outcomes, and platform-specific recommendations.

Expand and strengthen client's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.

Create a cohesive, organization-wide social media plan that drives alignment across the Growth Team, product owners, and other key stakeholders.

Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of the social media plan, overseeing weekly activities and deliverables.

Define meaningful measures of success aligned with established goals, focusing on performance indicators that go beyond vanity metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging social media platforms.

Ability to define channel-specific goals, establish content priorities, track performance metrics, and develop strategies for sustainable growth.

Ability to work both strategically and tactically, from setting direction to managing weekly execution.

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, balance competing priorities, and drive alignment around a unified strategy.

Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience

5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies.

Employment Type:

3-6 month contract

Compensation:

$60.00-$80.00 per hour
