Key
Welcome and brief guests on game rules, storyline, and safety procedures
Reset rooms quickly and accurately between sessions
Ensure all props, puzzles, and technical components function properly
Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to post-game wrap-up
Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and lobby areas
Troubleshoot minor technical or gameplay issues in real time
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure
