Underwrite residential mortgage and HELOC applications in line with Fannie Mae guidelines.
Develop written loan presentations and present recommendations to the Bank’s Loan Committees.
Evaluate credit reports, appraisals, and other third-party documentation.
Examine title work, insurance coverage, flood determinations, and related legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Work with borrowers to satisfy open conditions and move files to clear-to-close.
Maintain compliance with applicable lending laws and regulations throughout the loan lifecycle.
Experience in residential mortgage underwriting, with working knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines.
Comfortable reviewing title reports, insurance policies, flood certificates, and legal documents.
