Job Description

Technical Staffing Recruiter

About e.biT Consulting

e.biT Consulting is a woman-owned IT staffing and consulting firm that partners with

organizations ranging from high-growth startups to established enterprise companies. We

specialize in delivering highly skilled technology professionals across software engineering,

cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, and leadership roles.

We're not a large corporate staffing firm with layers of management, rigid processes, or endless

meetings. We're a small, entrepreneurial team that moves quickly, adapts constantly, and focuses

on results.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems

independently, and wants the opportunity to directly impact the growth of both clients and

candidates.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.

Success in this role requires much more than simply matching resumes to job descriptions. Our

recruiters act as talent advisors, market experts, and trusted partners to both candidates and hiring

managers. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing

candidates throughout the entire recruiting life cycle.

This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized, and

comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. We are looking for

individuals who take ownership, embrace accountability, and are driven by results rather than

constant direction.

If you're looking for a highly structured corporate environment with extensive processes and

micromanagement, this probably isn't the right fit. If you're someone who enjoys building

something, creating opportunities, and having the autonomy to make an impact, we'd love to

talk.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit technical professionals across a variety of technology disciplines
Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural

fit

Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Partner with hiring managers and account executives to understand hiring needs and

market conditions

Develop creative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking,

and direct outreach

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
Negotiate compensation expectations and manage offer discussions
Stay current on technology trends, market conditions, and recruiting best practices
Contribute to the growth of the company through collaboration, process improvement,

and business development opportunities

What We're Looking For

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or staffing environment

· Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions preferred

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through

· Highly organized with excellent time management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can

change quickly

Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn

What Makes Someone Successful Here
Self-starter mentality
Strong work ethic
Ability to adapt and pivot quickly
Comfortable with ambiguity
Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
Resourceful problem solver
Genuinely enjoys helping people advance their careers
Motivated by personal growth, professional development, and financial success

Why e.biT?
Entrepreneurial culture with significant autonomy
Direct access to leadership
Flexible work environment
Unlimited growth potential
Competitive compensation structure with uncapped earning potential
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization

This is not a \"clock in, clock out\" recruiting role. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, make an impact, and grow alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and results.
