An established and growing neurology practice is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join its collaborative team in a mixed inpatient and outpatient role. Malpractice coverage.ScheduleMonday–FridayMixed inpatient hospital coverage and outpatient clinicAverage inpatient census: 7–10 patients/dayNo routine overnight call unless mutually agreedKey ResponsibilitiesInpatient:Conduct neurological histories and examinations.Develop assessment and treatment plans with supervising neurologists.Review CT, MRI, EEG, labs, and diagnostics.Manage stroke, seizures, encephalopathy, and other neurological conditions.Document consults and progress notes.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.Assist with discharge planning.OutpatientEvaluate established patients.Perform neurological examinations.Developcollaborative treatment plans.Review imaging and diagnostic studies.Manage chronic neurological conditions.Educate patients and families.Coordinate referrals.Maintain EMR documentation.Respond to patient messages and results.Care CoordinationEnsure continuity between inpatient and outpatient care.Collaborate with referring providers and hospital staff.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsRequired Active New York PA license.National board certification (PA-C).In-patient Neurology experience is required.Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and EMR skills.Ability to work independently within a collaborative physician-supervised model.Commitment to patient-centered care.Interest in long-term growth within neurology.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensationProductivity incentives?Benefits based on employment statusMalpractice coverage
