Job Description

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, workflow, and employee assignments.

Support warehouse, inventory, and logistical needs across the family of companies.

Receive, organize, track, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials and orders for shipment or delivery.

Coordinate the movement of materials between company locations, departments, and job sites.

Train and support warehouse employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with company procedures.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and day-to-day operational issues.

Communicate inventory needs, staffing concerns, and operational updates to management.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, efficiency, and processes.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Dependable, professional, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.

Can lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
