Executive Director, Faith-Based Pro-Life Medical Ministry

Fort Lauderdale, FL (Broward County) | Full-Time

About the Role

A well-established Christian ministry in Broward County is hiring its next Executive Director. The ministry was founded in 1987 and runs three licensed, life-affirming medical clinics in Fort Lauderdale, North Lauderdale, and Pembroke Pines, plus telehealth. Each month about 200 patients come for care, and about 80% of those considering abortion choose life. The ministry does not perform or refer for abortion. All services are free. This is a healthy organization with a strong staff and a supportive board. The current Executive Director is moving into a development role and will personally introduce you to the area’s pastors and ministry partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and support about 20 patient advocates and medical staff across three clinics, in person.

Build relationships with churches, pastors, and community partners, and represent the ministry at speaking events and outreach.

Oversee clinic operations and marketing, and keep patient visits at or above current levels.

Partner with the board through monthly meetings.

Support fundraising alongside the Director of Development.

Required Qualifications

Committed Christian, active in a local church, who can affirm the ministry’s statement of faith

Long-held pro-life conviction and the ability to speak to it publicly

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong leadership, administrative, and public speaking skills

Availability for some evenings and weekends
