$160K–$190K Base Salary DOE

I’m currently partnering with a well-established Chicago General Contractor looking to add an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to their team.

Experience managing large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong background in adaptive reuse, renovation, restoration, or complex commercial construction
Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, owners, and design partners
Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and project controls
Chicagoland construction experience preferred
