Maintain security and accountability of all money and inventory transactions within Cage Inventory during their shift.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities to include interview and hiring process; training team members; scheduling and motivating team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
Verifying daily paperwork to find, record, and resolve variances.
Address any guest inquiries or complaints and follow up with proper documentation.
Count and verify all funds into assigned bank.
Verify the transfer of funds to and from cage area.
Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
