Smart Edge, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates in Brookfield, WI, and we're ready to train the right people!
Whether you're entering the workforce, recently graduated, have experience in retail or restaurants, or are simply ready to try something new, this could be your next step.
You bring the motivation. We'll provide the paid training.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where you'll work inside established retail locations, helping customers learn about products and services from nationally recognized brands.
Your day-to-day will include:
Talking with customers and answering questions about products and promotions.
Introducing customers to available services and explaining their benefits.
Helping support in-store sales and promotional activities.
Learning practical sales, marketing, and communication techniques.
Working with a team to achieve daily goals.
This is an in-person retail sales and marketing opportunity, not a remote or digital marketing position.

Weekly Pay:
Hourly base compensation plus commission opportunities.
