Job Description

Prepare and review individual, trust, estate, partnership, and S corporation tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, and 1120-S.

Prepare and review Schedule K-1s, ensuring accurate reporting of pass-through income, deductions, and credits.

Advise clients on tax planning strategies, individualized tax solutions, and wealth preservation opportunities.

Support clients with 1031 like-kind exchanges, including tax implications, reporting requirements, and compliance.

Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses, providing personalized tax and wealth management guidance.

Review tax work, mentor junior staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Assist with long-term client relationship management, wealth transfer strategies, and succession planning.

Utilize CCH Axcess and QuickBooks to streamline tax preparation, reporting, and accounting workflows.

Qualifications

Active CPA required
