Position Overview
The Mid-Level Web Application Developer shall be responsible for systems development, testing and implementation in a web-based environment.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Performance:
An environment similar to ATRRS in terms of size and complexity.
Systems development, testing and implementation in complex environments similar to ATRRS, with mainframe, web and GUI components.
Internet application development within a Microsoft web environment using the following: ASP with recent ASP.NET, SQL Server (including stored procedures), Visual Studio 2010 or later, and IIS.
Using DB2 Connect and integrating with mainframe applications.
The design, development, and consumption of WCF services within an enterprise architecture.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
5-7 years in web application development
Technical Proficiency: ASP with recent ASP.NET, SQL Server (including stored procedures), Visual Studio 2010 or later, and IIS.
Compliance:
Secret Clearance
Must meet Army requirements.
Certifications: Security+ or higher
Preferred Expertise
Demonstrated success in Army Contracting
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
