We’re hiring a Parts & Service Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in home appliances or consumer electronics. If you have experience supporting refrigerators, washers, dryers, TVs, or other major appliances in parts, service, warranty, repair, dispatch, or customer support, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage appliance parts orders
Expedite orders and obtain ETAs from manufacturers
Communicate with appliance vendors and manufacturers
Coordinate with service technicians and managers
Update service tickets and order records
Answer customer service calls and provide status updates
Help resolve parts and service issues
Qualifications:
2+ years of home-appliance or consumer-electronics industry experience
Familiarity with major appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and TVs
Appliance parts/service experience strongly preferred
Excellent organization and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused
