Our client is seeking an experienced compliance professional to support testing, monitoring, and risk management initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. This role focuses on executing compliance reviews, evaluating control effectiveness, tracking remediation efforts, and strengthening monitoring frameworks.
Key
Conduct compliance testing and monitoring reviews in accordance with established plans and quality standards.
Prepare clear, concise reports documenting testing results, findings, and recommendations.
Track corrective action plans and validate remediation efforts.
Collaborate across departments to develop monitoring inventories, standards, and project plans.
Identify control gaps and recommend practical, sustainable solutions to address compliance risks.
Evaluate technology solutions to improve testing processes and monitoring capabilities.
